MYIQ Terms of Use

These terms cover MYIQ, published by Strongware LLC.

Using MYIQ

You may use the app on devices you own or control. MYIQ provides an adaptive assessment, category estimates, local comparison rankings, and cognitive training for entertainment and self-improvement. Do not misuse the app, bypass purchase controls, or interfere with its services.

Assessment disclaimer

MYIQ results are estimates and are not medical, psychological, educational, employment, or clinical diagnoses. They should not replace a professionally administered assessment or be used for decisions about health, treatment, education, employment, or eligibility.

MYIQ Premium

MYIQ Premium removes banner and training-break ads. It is an automatically renewing monthly subscription. Google Play shows the applicable price, billing period, taxes, and renewal terms before payment. You can manage or cancel it through Google Play. Google Play handles payments and refunds; an expired, refunded, canceled, or revoked entitlement may remove Premium access.

Complimentary access

Strongware may provide complimentary Premium codes. Redeeming one does not make a purchase. Complimentary access can be removed in Settings and reactivated later with the code.

Availability

Core assessment, local profile, comparison board, and training work offline. Advertising, purchases, restoration, and privacy-message updates require network and service availability. The app is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
