MYIQ Privacy Policy

Strongware LLC publishes MYIQ. The Android app does not require a MYIQ account, access contacts or photos, or request location permission.
Assessment, profile, and training data
Your nickname, handle, assessment results, category scores, training progress, lesson statistics, streak, achievements, ranking visibility choice, and preferences are stored on your device. MYIQ does not send this information to a Strongware account server. Android may back up this data if device backup is enabled.
Local comparison rankings
Leaderboard entries other than your profile are built-in comparison examples. Choosing Public places your nickname and score among those examples on your device. Choosing Private excludes your profile. MYIQ does not publish or transmit your profile or score to other users.
Advertising
The free app uses Google AdMob for banner ads and occasional interstitial ads between completed training sessions. Ads do not interrupt an active assessment or question. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process IP addresses that indicate approximate location, app and ad interactions, diagnostics, and device identifiers for advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention. SDK data is encrypted in transit.
MYIQ requests non-personalized ads. Where required, Google's User Messaging Platform presents privacy choices before ads are requested. Available choices can be reopened from Settings. Android also provides advertising ID controls. MYIQ Premium removes ads.
MYIQ Premium
Google Play handles the optional monthly subscription and restoration. MYIQ receives product prices, purchase tokens, and purchase status to unlock Premium and acknowledge payment. Strongware does not receive payment-card details.
Complimentary access
A reviewer or promotional access code can activate the same Premium entitlement without payment. Validation happens on the device. The app stores an activation flag rather than the code. Complimentary access can be removed in Settings.
Support and choices
If you email support, Strongware receives the information you choose to send and uses it to answer the request. You can use the assessment and training offline, change your local ranking choice, adjust available ad privacy choices, restore Premium with the purchasing Google Play account, and remove local app data in Android settings. Children
MYIQ is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13.
