MOTOCLASH Terms of Use

These terms cover MOTOCLASH, published by Strongware LLC.

Playing MOTOCLASH

You may use the game on devices you own or control. Race through 25 fictional motocross tracks, earn local rewards and records, unlock bikes and colors, and use Championship or local shadow-race modes. Do not misuse the app, bypass purchase controls, or interfere with its services.

Virtual resources

Credits, XP, energy, bikes, colors, stars, records, and other game resources exist only inside MOTOCLASH. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred, wagered, or redeemed for money or prizes.

MotoPass

MotoPass removes ads and provides unlimited race energy. It is a one-time, non-consumable purchase with a U.S. price of $4.99. It is not a subscription. Google Play shows the applicable local price and taxes before payment. Google Play handles payments and refunds; a refunded or revoked purchase may remove access.

Complimentary access

Strongware may provide complimentary MotoPass codes. Redeeming one does not make a purchase. Complimentary access can be removed in Settings and reactivated later with the code.

Availability

Core racing and local progress work offline. Advertising, purchases, restoration, and privacy-message updates require network and service availability. The game is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
