MOTOCLASH Privacy Policy

Strongware LLC publishes MOTOCLASH. The Android game does not require a MOTOCLASH account, access contacts or photos, or request location permission.
Game progress and preferences
Championship progress, local records, XP, credits, energy, selected bike and colors, race count, and audio settings are stored on your device. MOTOCLASH does not send these records to a Strongware account server. Android may back up game progress and settings if device backup is enabled.
Advertising
The free game uses Google AdMob for banner ads on menu screens and occasional interstitial ads after a resolved race. Ads do not appear during active racing. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process IP addresses that indicate approximate location, app and ad interactions, diagnostics, and device identifiers for advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention. SDK data is encrypted in transit.
MOTOCLASH requests non-personalized ads. Where required, Google's User Messaging Platform presents privacy choices before ads are requested. Available choices can be reopened from Settings. Android also provides advertising ID controls. MotoPass removes ads.
MotoPass purchases
Google Play handles the optional one-time MotoPass payment and restoration. MOTOCLASH receives product prices, purchase tokens, and purchase status to unlock MotoPass and acknowledge payment. Strongware does not receive payment-card details. MotoPass removes ads and provides unlimited race energy.
Complimentary access
A reviewer or promotional access code can activate the same MotoPass features without payment. Validation happens on the device. The app stores an activation flag rather than the code. Complimentary access can be removed in Settings.
Support and choices
If you email support, Strongware receives the information you choose to send and uses it to answer the request. You can play core races offline, adjust available ad privacy choices, restore MotoPass with the purchasing Google Play account, and remove local game data in Android settings. Children
MOTOCLASH is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13.
