LEGAL

Privacy Policy

Effective September 6, 2026

Strongware LLC (“we”) operates Trapplings, a creature-collecting puzzle adventure game. Trapplings can be played without creating an account, and we do not ask you to register, sign up, or give us your name or email to play.

Information we process

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not use the advertising identifier for cross-app tracking. Trapplings does not use Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics, and it does not request location permission — any approximate location used for advertising is inferred by Google from your IP address, not read from your device’s location services.

How we use information

To run Trapplings, save your progress, show and cap advertising, unlock purchases, respond to support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

Google Play services, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob and Google’s User Messaging Platform. Google processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Children

Trapplings is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.

Retention and sharing

Local game data stays on your device until you delete the app or clear its data. Support emails are kept as long as needed to answer them. We disclose information only when required by law, to protect users, or to the service providers listed above.

Your choices

You can change your advertising consent from the app’s settings, remove advertising with a one-time purchase, reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation in Android Settings, delete all local data by uninstalling the app, manage purchases through Google Play.

On iOS

The App Store edition of Trapplings uses Apple's StoreKit for purchases and, where offered, Game Center for achievements. Apple processes that information under its own terms. It does not use Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics and does not request App Tracking Transparency permission, because it does not use the advertising identifier for cross-app tracking.
